With thanks to the team Printers Playhouse we are delighted to announce the full schedule for our jubilee street party in Little Chelsea on Thursday 2nd of June.
Little Chelsea will be closed from 6am to midnight on Thursday 2nd June to allow over 100 tables and 600+ chairs to spill into the street, a perfect opportunity for you to enjoy some of the fantastic shops, restaurants, cafes and bars whilst listening to live music and entertainment all day.
Official Ceremonies:
- 12noon: Opening by the Mayor of Eastbourne
- 2pm: Town Crier Proclamation
- 9.30pm: Official lighting of the Jubilee Beacon
- All Day: Queens Green Canopy exhibition at the Town Hall Reception
- All Day: Your chance to write a message to the Queen at the Town Hall Reception
- All Day: Selfie with the Jubilee Beacon - outside Bibendums
Fun and Games
- 10am - 4pm: Arts and Crafts at the Art House
- Fancy Dress Competition judging - "Best of British" (Bibendums)
- Registration for the Dog Show (South Street)
- Traditional British Sports Day (Grove Road)
- All Day: Street entertainment
- All Day: Arts and Crafts at All Things Analogue
- All Day: Royal Bear Hunt (pick up your forms at the Art House)
