Request for Tender: Lamppost Banners

Your Eastbourne BID have invested in 131 lamppost columns across Eastbourne town centre which are currently used to display destination signage across the town.  

Designs are to be confirmed but we would be looking for (in terms of size):

• Lamppost Banners
• 600 x 2500mm
• 85mm pocket to top and tail shape to bottom

In total – we would be ordering 77 banners of varying designs consisting of:

• 12 banners titled Victoria Place
• 11 banners titled Welcome
• 8 banners titled Langney Road
• 8 banners titled Bolton Road
• 6 banners titled Cornfields
• 2 banners titled Little Chelsea
• 3 banners titled Welcome (in German)
• 3 banners titled Welcome (in Italian)
• 3 banners titled Welcome (in Spanish)
• 3 banners titled Welcome (in Chinese)
• 3 banners titled Welcome (in Polish)
• 3 banners titled Welcome (in Portuguese)
• 3 banners titled Welcome (in Greek)
• 3 banners titled Welcome (in Thai)
• 3 banners titled Welcome (in Romanian)
• 3 banners titled Welcome (in French)

Designs are just being finalised but – in total there would be 16 individual designs.

We already have an installer booked in for the 14^th of April – so the signage would need to be ready for then.
