Request for Tender: Planters in Eastbourne for Summer Season

Your Eastbourne BID have invested in 59 wooden planters across Eastbourne town centre which are currently being maintained by businesses within the town.

The front dimensions are 107cm by 31cm with an artificial bottom of 20cm.

In preparation for the summer season, we are seeking to commission a highly colourful, impactful display for these planters.

Originally, the planters from 1^st June to 20^th July will be located in the following streets:

1. Grove Road
2. South Street
3. Langney Road
4. Cornfield Road
5. Cornfield Terrace
6. Victoria Place (Terminus Road)

From 21^st July, these planters will be relocated to the pop-up park in Victoria Place (between Qualisea and Harry Ramsdens).

The tender will offer a full summer planting from 1^st June, with ongoing maintenance until 4^th September.

When the planters are relocated in July, the operator will be expected to maintain the planters in the new location.
